This month's pretty post features a couple near and dear to our hearts- our very own office manager, Alicia, and her charming husband, Enzo. The couple celebrated their winter nuptials last January at
Anthony's Ocean View and let us just say, it was not soon to be forgotten. The couple spared nothing to make this a truly memorable experience for all, from their grand entrance on Enzo's shinny blue vespa, to the gelato and crepe stations brimming with decadence, and the absolutely fabulous photo booth (picture to follow). We had a wonderful time dancing the night away celebrating this very special union.
Alicia was dressed in a custom
Modern Trousseau gown, custom Lacey Eden for The White Dress by the shore veil and jewels designed by
Haute Bride and
Maria Elena. Although we knew Alicia would not disappoint in the fashion department, the look left us even more speechless than we had anticipated. As an extra special addition, Alicia carried a gorgeous bouquet designed by
Datura: A Modern Garden. Her maids wore
Jenny Yoo gowns all chosen to suit the girls' individual taste, embellished with peacock-hued flowers designed and created by Mrs. Valentino herself. And of course, all the tuxedos in the wedding (including the one worn dapper groom) hailed from
Valentino Tailors, Enzo's family business located in Hamden, CT.
The event was full of
In White vendors doing what they do best-
Jubilee Events made sure the party went off with out a hitch and beauty was expertly applied by
Jennie Fresa Makeup and Skincare Boutiqurie. Alicia even wore a custom silk robe designed by Josie Jolon of
Beneath the gown while getting ready for her big day. For her rehearsal dinner, Alicia donned a short dress made from her mothers wedding gown created by our very own head seamstress, Penny Barone (stay tuned for another post featuring Alicia's '
Reinvent the Dress').
We must extend a huge thank you to
Take Aim Photography for capturing the day so perfectly and of course to Alicia and Enzo- a truly wonderful couple!
The TWD team along with Modern Trousseau designer Callie Tein, hamming it up for the photo booth!
