1. Tell us your Gown Designer/Name and if a veil is included
2. Let us know the current condition of the gown
3. Reach out to us to schedule a time to drop off the gown
4. Understand the turnaround time is approximately 3 to 4 months
5. Once your preservation box comes back, we will call you to schedule a pick-up date.
