Thank you for choosing The White Dress by the shore. We are thrilled to be a part of your special day! We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality and workmanship of your selection. In order to complete your purchase, we need you to understand, agree and sign off on the following:

PAYMENT

We require that sample gowns are paid for IN FULL at the time of purchase.

If you are purchasing a gown over the phone/internet, you recognize that you are purchasing the gown sight unseen and that all sales on samples are final. We do offer a service to have the gown cleaned for you at an additional charge. If you choose to have the gown stored here until your alterations begin, a $50 storage fee will be incurred. We offer breathable garment bags for $25. Alterations are NOT included in the price of the gown. All headpiece, veil and accessory orders must also be paid in full at the time that the order is placed.

FABRIC

In purchasing a store sample, you understand that this garment has been tried on by other brides. It may require cleaning and repairs. Gown cleaning is the responsibility of the client, although we do offer the service here for a $275 fee. The gown should be thoroughly inspected before purchase.

ALTERATIONS

The White Dress by the Shore does not perform in-house alterations but we are happy to provide a talented seamstress referral from our network. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown. They will be paid for separately after the gown arrives. Payment in full is required for alterations before the seamstress begins the work. We recommend that your bridal alterations start a minimum of 4 months in advance of the wedding.

RETURN POLICY

All sales on samples are FINAL.
